On the 1st and 3rd Wed. night of the month, throughout the summer, we have a joint worship/prayer service with another local church. Last night, one of the gentleman there spoke about this....he said that during the movie, the Wizard of Oz, the tin man spent the whole movie wishing he had a heart, seeking a heart, saying, "if I only had a heart, I could do this, or I could accomplish this...or I would feel this"...etc. Then to find out at the end...he had a heart the whole time. Well, how many of us walk around wishing we had the heart of God. Seeking the Lords heart, saying, "if I only had a heart, I could do this, or I could accomplish this..or I would feel this"...etc. Only, we need to realize.....we do have the heart of God!! We've had it the whole time! Just think of all the things we can accomplish :)

Isn't that exciting! Just a simple little analogy made me very mindful of what we can take for granted. Are you living with the heart of God?
