I havn't posted about my diet yet....But on Jan. 15th, I officially started dieting. I had been losing weight before then..but not tracking it. When I say I'm dieting...the method I'm using is very simple..I'm exercising..which is something I never did before...and I'm really watching my calorie intake...keeping it where it should be for my weight. Also, I cut out all pop..and if I do drink one, I choose a diet one...PLUS...I allow myself to eat whatever I'd like on Sundays...this way, If I'm just absolutely dying for something, I know I can have it on Sunday, and therefore, less likely to cheat.
For the most part, I've been doing really good. The last couple weeks, I havn't been very careful, but I havn't gained anything...which is good....but I need to get back to it, in full force, if I want to reach my goal...
But the numbers...no, I'm not going to share what I weigh, but I will tell you this....Since officially starting in Jan. 15th, I've lost 13lbs...but since Sept. (which was the last time I was weighed at the Dr's office) until last week, which was when I was weighed at the Dr.'s again..I've lost...are you ready for this....are you sure??? .......36 pounds!!!! WOOOHOO!!!!!! I am very excited! I just hope to keep going...lose an average 2 lbs a week...that will help me towards my goal!
So....next time you see me...hopefully you will be seeing a little less of me.. :)
