It's been a busy week!

And it's only Wednesday!!

Sunday, we had Kimmi's birthday party. She LOVED it! There were ponies there she could ride...we had hot dogs, and cake...she loved every single one of her presents!! She was very excited the whole day! (as a mom...I'm glad it's over :) )

Monday, was Kurt's Birthday...unfortunately, he had to work, then I had to work..so we didn't really see each other...however, late sunday night, I went over and decorated his desk with balloons, and a big sign, and gift...

Then...yesterday was our anniversary. I just can't believe it....we are in our 8th year of marriage...our youngest just turned 5...Kurt's in his thirties...and **gasp** dare I say it....I'm almost 30....where does the time go?

We had a very nice relaxing time..a good friend watched the girls for a while, so Kurt and I could have a quiet dinner, (which this good friend provided) and enjoyed some peaceful, quiet, alone time together!! It was very needed...very relaxing...and I'm very blessed to have been married to this wonderful man for the last 8 years.

Yesterday, we had this wierd storm move through, and it cooled over 30 degrees in a matter of minutes...it was neat...but today, the humidity is back up there...yuck.

Today, we were blessed to have good friends over for lunch...they have us a beautiful gift...a certificate for a movie night...complete with popcorn and milkshakes!! Now, if you know me...you know I take my popcorn seriously!! And this guy makes a mean popcorn! :) I'm looking forward to it!!
