Well....I'm having a loooooong day. I have so much stuff to do! Below is a picture of my little sister. Man, I can't believe she is about to graduate high school! Seems like she should still be so little!
Auditions are done for the Spring High School musical. I am assistant director again. We are doing "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown". The performances will be in May.
ummmmm...I guess I've been a little lacking in my communication regarding our upcoming move. I aplogize to all my friends and family that I have not informed. Here's the scoop:
We are moving about 10 blocks away from where we are now. Currently we live in a Townhouse, with a tiny front yard, and no back yard..just an alley. The house we are moving to, has a wonderful front AND back yard...very good sized back yard! (with a fire pit, and play thingie for the girls) On the main floor of the house, there is the living room, dining room and kitchen, master bedroom, the girls' room, bathroom, and spare bedroom. Downstairs in the basement, is a large open room, which we will use for a school room and play room. I will have my very own room to use as a craft/scrapbook room...kurt will have his own office down there, and there is also a laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
We are so excited about this house. The fact that we will have different areas in the house to go to when we need space is the most exciting!! :)
Having a house will also give us a chance to fulfill a dream Kurt and I have had since before we were even married. We want to do foster care..and we just havn't been able to in our current housing...so having a spare bedroom will enable us to pursue this opportunity!
Soooo...lot's going on. The house is ours officially on March 1st. Now whether we will move then or not still is up in the air. We have some things we want to change first..and do a little painting..so we shall see!
A cute Kimmi moment...the other day we were in their room...and Becca had a sea shell, and she was kinda banging it on something, and Kimmi started yelling at her..she said "BECCA...DON'T BREAK THAT OR THE OCEAN WILL FALL OUT!" ha ha ha! I cracked up!! It was too cute!
Today in school, I gave Becca a comprehension test, to see if she is really "learning" what we've been working on. She got 100% I don't know who was more excited...her or me! We both hugged though...and high fived each other. I'm so proud of her!
Okay..enough computer time...I have things I need to be doing!
Be a Great Day!!

My thoughts about life.
