This past Sunday was wonderful. The man of my dreams and I left after lunch with the girls...and headed out to a day to ourselves :) We saw a movie we both wanted to see, browsed some stores, went to (of course) Olive Garden for dinner...we are so original....tee hee hee!! Then something we never get to do...we went to Barnes and Noble to relax, and look at some books, that aren't located in the kiddies section. It was a wonderful evening...and we got home around 10ish...it was great!
We have also received some disheartening news...please pray for Kurt's little brother, Nathan. He is 7, and has leukemia. He was doing very well, had gone through all his treatments, had a bone marrow transplant...and just reached his 100 days since the transplant. He had been ok'd to play outside, go to the zoo, and be around other kids, as long as they weren't sick...well, he wasn't feeling well the end of last week, so they took him in, and the sickness is back. He has to start all of his treatments over, then have another transplant. Please pray for him, and also, for Kurt's mom and step-dad....they are so amazing...one of them is always with him, so they never get to spend time together...they take turns at home and the hospital...I could not imagine what it must be like...and my thoughts and prayers are with them every day!!
The girls have been their usual selves....Becca wanting to be independant...Kimmi having an attitude all the time it seems...sometimes I want to pull my hair out...other times I just can't kiss and hug them enough....being a Mom means you have roller coaster emotions....it's always a crazy ride !!

My thoughts about life.
