It happened!! Yup!! Write it down!! I successfully made a loaf of bread in my bread machine!!!!!!! To some, no big deal, but to me...my previous attempt is probably still sitting in a landfill somewhere, unable to be recycled into anything, unless it was used for gravel :)
Anyways...I have made my own bread, made honey butter, and fresh dill butter....and also made homeade applesauce with no added sugar!! It was delicious!
Today (Tuesday)...it's been yucky...I have a colonoscopy tomorrow....enough said, right?! *(thus the reason i'm still up at this hour)
Pray for me tomorrow (actually, by the time you are reading this, it would be today)...i'm not looking forward to it.

I have felt the pain..it only is yucky for the day of the prep...wednesday should be a piece of cake (and you now can eat that too!!!!) Like I said, I will never volunteer for that test again!!! they need a better way to prep the day before!!! Good luck with your test!
Good luck with the test (which hopefully you're done with by now). Enjoy the bread! I love my breadmaker and don't use it nearly enough! Might be time to buy some yeast and pull it out again! One of the things I miss most about the town I grew up in are the bakeries.
