So, I started attending a Beth Moore bible study this morning. Which helps me on my way to a better year... one, I got up early, (which helps with time management). Then, I attended the study, (which helps me know my Jesus more and dig into the Word). So I'm off to a good start :)
We had life group tonight. I love our life group! A life group is small groups of people from church, that meet together during the week, (ours meets weekly, but most meet every other week, we are over achievers!) to hang out, eat, and just "do life" together. And some weeks, "doing life" is simply chatting, or another week, we may play games, or pray for each other, or study a specific portion of scripture...there is no set program, so we have lot's of flexibility! We have been attending this particular group since April, and we enjoy it so much! The relationships we have formed with the other people that come, have been just such a blessing! I value our time together so much.
Okay...off to work on another one of my goals for 2009, snuggle with my hubby!!! I love that man! :)
