I'm so excited...I just got back from our Homeschooling Picnic. I met many nice families...I am still in shock over just how many families were there....there are 86 homeschool children in this group!! Anyways, the girls got to play at the park, and make an art project, so they had great fun!!
We are just about set to start on Tuesday. We are just waiting on a reading book :) We have the math stuff ready to go, and most of the reading/writing cirriculum ready. The girls are very excited to get started!! We will have different activities during the week as well...gym, swimming and a Christmas play that they are going to be a part of.
In other news....we went today to the police station to look at the video survellience of the person that took my Visa/Debit card. I didn't recognize her...and she was with a guy, and I didn't recognize him either. I guess we just wait and see if we get any more leads.....
The weather here today is HOT!! Of course it couldn't come in August....but now that it's September, and school time...the weather is finally like summer. Go figure!
Well....the natives are getting restless...they want a popsicle...and I just think Mommy might need to have one too!
